Churchview Limited Release Wild Fermented Chenin Blanc 2023

This is a different take on chenin blanc showing another way this excellent variety can be expressed. It was whole bunch pressed to French oak where it was wild fermented with regular lees stirring. It’s all designed to develop complexity and bring out a rich expression of chenin. Lemon zest and stone fruit with a sprinkle of spices. Like this style.
