Nick and Trudy Stacy select single vineyard and produce single varietal wines from a network of 15 growers representing the best regions in Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria. In Western Australia, growers are chosen from Margaret River, Mount Barker and Frankland River for their pursuit of sustainable vineyard practices. The winemaking is overseen by Andrew Vesey at Castelli Estate in Denmark.
