Drakesbrook Wines, situated next to the picturesque Lake Navarino near Waroona, Wines was one of the first vineyards in WA to recognise the suitability of many alternative and emerging varieties to the gravelly loam soils and Mediterranean climate. The estate now has 17 different varieties with plans for more, particularly those from southern Italy which are well suited to the terroir.
