Since 2000, Flying Fish Cove has been producing award-winning wines in Margaret River. Sustainability is at the core of its philosophy to produce expressive wines, of intensity and freshness. Situated in Wilyabrup, the wines reflect the quality of the fruit grown in the Wildberry vineyard. The site favours low yields, intense flavours and bold structure. Under the guidance of Simon Ding and Damon Eastaugh, winemaking is left to wild yeast cultures and minimal intervention. Wines are available direct or through local bottle shops in the South West and Perth.
