L.A.S. Vino was established by Nic Peterkin in 2013 after travels abroad making wine in Mexico, the US and Portugal. Using luck, art, and science (L.A.S.) Peterkin aims to make delicious, delectable, desirable drops and to discover new flavours in the world of wine. The mantra is minimal intervention with maximum flavour and where possible to work with growers using sustainable, organic and biodynamic vineyard methods.
