Paul & Bianca started Paul Nelson Wines in 2009 and established itself as one of the original independent wine producers in the Great Southern. They purchased Denmark’s oldest vineyard, Karriview, in 2013 and in 2021 took over the iconic Bouverie vineyard in Mount Barker. One of the most exciting small producers in the State.
