Clairault Estate Chardonnay 2021

A highly scented and fragrant chardonnay that comes from select blocks on the estate. Aromas of pear and grapefruit with just a faint edge of lemon zest. The palate is finely designed with a precise linear minerality and chalky limestone balance. Just a little struck match adds the final flourish to a very good wine.
