Cabernet is the dominant variety here, but the rest make important contributions to both the perfumed aromas and the depth and structure of the palate. It was a year producing excellent fruit quality, which is captured by the intense aromas of blackcurrant and dark chocolate with a fragrant lift of bay leaf. The palate is super concentrated with firm minerally tannins and an effortlessly easy long finish.
