Las Vino Barrels Of Metricup Chardonnay 2022

As the name suggests the fruit was sourced smack bang in the middle of Metricup in Margaret River. This is about as classically conformist as a Nick Peterkin wine can be. It was all naturally fermented in barriques after which regular lees stirring came into play. It is an engaging wine with notes of lemon curd lemon and sea spray edges with a lime cut lime. A super impressive wine with a crunchy juicy acidity on the finish.
