Las Vino Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

From a cool year Peterkin has managed to coax so much from the fruit for this impressive cabernet. The colour is deep for a start and the nose reveals fruit characters in the cherry and plummy spectrum rather than the usual varietal blackcurrant. The palate comes to life with a chalky oyster shell minerality combining with the dark fruit flavours. It's wine for extended cellaring.
