Lenton Brae Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A wine which manages to express this slightly cooler vintage in a most impressive way. Roma of black olive and bay leaf, underpinned by a layer of blackcurrant. There's a little minerally oyster shell adding another dimension. The mix of new and older French oak has been well-weighted to allow the fruit to express. Fine chalky tannins provide support and direction. A medium to full bodied wine of some class.
