Lenton Brae Wilyabrup Semillon 2023

There are so many ways you can deal with semillon. In this case, it’s a mix of 25% new French oak and the rest in stainless steel with 8 months on lees. It’s created texture and richness while retaining the linear thread of fine acidity. Lemon scented with a slightly smoky backdrop. Has a clean and pure palate which extends to a very long finish. Will handle time in the cellar too.
