This is a chardonnay sourced from various vineyards in South Eastern Australia. The colour is typically pale straw and light yellow. The nose displays a powdery character with traces of lemon and creme brulee deeper within. Quite spice with traces of cashew richness. The palate is powerful and structured with a lemon zest and nutty creamy character. Finishes with a dry savoury edge.
