Voyager Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

A firm yet poised and elegantly structured cabernet from this very early vintage. There’s plenty of lively fruit in there with slightly leafy black fruits dominant. It opens up as it breathes. There is slightly more tannin and a little bit of grip in there. Chalky with a brick dust character complementing a nice perfume and lightness on the nose. Important to breathe first to release the fruit and complement the tannins. This makes quite a statement.
