The thing about Pym's wines is texture. And this super expressive savvy displays that character perfectly. It's a bright and punchy little number but not the modern fruit bomb. It's layered and loaded with a mix of tropical fruit delivered with a creamy rich palate feel. The finish shows a crunchy chalky minerality. This is the type of savvy I like to drink.
