Cullen Wines Dancing In The Moonlight 2022

If it's a red variety, it is almost certainly in this stunning modern rose. Basically, all the red varieties grown at Cullen have been included and naturally fermented and made using the saignee method of bleeding off some of the red wine juice. It results in a wine which is light bodied but with good structural intensity. Lifted aromas of strawberry and cherry are fabulous, while the palate has a slippery texture with good fruit flavour. Lovely rose style.
