Talisman Gabrielle Chardonnay 2023

Over the years this excellent chardonnay has morphed into a slightly more restrained and precise wine, while still retaining the deep fruit intensity that is the hallmark of this Ferguson Valley vineyard. Lightly fragrant aromas of lemon curd and quince with a trace of butterscotch. The palate is layered with a pleasing texture and depth that carries effortlessly through to a long finish.
