Willow Bridge G1-10 Chardonnay 2022

It seems the style for this excellent chardonnay has been pulled back a little with the result the wine shows a more delicate side. After handpicking it was pressed to new and one- year-old French oak for fermentation. Savoury minerally and slightly citrus notes on the nose with a trace of roasted cashew. A little cut pear and lime adds further complexity. More delicate yes, but still with the power and drive of previous years.
