This was quite a coolish vintage in Margaret River, resulting in elegant, yet deceptively ageworthy wines. This shows a leafy oyster shell aroma with traces of black olive and bay leaf merging with deep blackcurrant. The palate is medium to full bodied with firm chalky tannins supporting the mix of dark fruits laced with those firmish fine tannins. Will age rather well.
