Opens with a brilliant high-definition colour. Then the aromas of blackcurrant, spicy plum and juby red fruits engage. The energy evident on the nose strikes through into the palate with its concentrated red fruit delivered with poise. Has a slightly chewy mouth feel but the bright red flavours really emerge as it moves effortlessly to a long finish. Will support extended cellaring.
