Paul Conti Margaret River Chardonnay 2023

This is a medium bodied chardonnay that gets a little barrel fermentation to add that slightly textural complexity. Melony with a grapefruit and light stone fruit complexity. Just a hint of oak overlay adds to the structure and flavour combo. A wine for drinking in the next few years.
