Myattsfield Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot Merlot 2022

This is really quite beautiful. A partial Bordeaux blend from a warmish season although one that finished somewhat milder suiting these later ripening varieties. Blackcurrant, blackberry and dark chocolate with a slightly leafy floral perfume. The palate is plush and firm with the polished tannins and fine-grained oak holding\ a tight line through to the finish. Certainly, handle cellaring.
