Cape Grace Chenin Blanc 2023

Super season for this aromatic fruity variety. A small portion was barrel fermented resulting in a slightly tighter palate at the moment but one that is ready to develop beautifully with age. The nose has a sort of red apply skin and punchy melon nuance. The palate is racy with a crunchy chalky acidity supporting that vibrant fruit expression.
