Woody Nook Single Vineyard Shiraz 2021

The fruit for this consistently good shiraz come mostly from a dry-grown low-yielding vineyard. Lots of dark fruit with a ripe plummy richness. It's generous and full-bodied with a slightly savoury black pepper mix. The slightly vanillin influenced notes American oak are evident on the nose, creating a distinctive and individual wine for Woody Nook. Lots of bright fruit with a chalky limestone finish.
