Xanadu chardonnay 2022

Another cracking chardonnay. The vintage was very good, and the result is superb. It gets the treatment with wild yeast, whole bunch pressing and barrel fermentation. Has a slightly savoury saline combination on the palate with a subtle roasted cashew and cereal influence. On top is a trace of tangy sliced pear and lemon rind. A very good wine.
