Yallingup Estate The Coveted Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

A complex and compelling cabernet from this very good red wine vintage. Has the power and intensity but there is elegance and poise here. The dark fruits of blackcurrant and ripe black cherry merge with a graphite oyster shell minerality and just a little black olive tapenade. The firm tannins are fine and chalky with the vibrant acidity lifting the finish.
