What a thoroughly delicious and beautiful expression of shiraz from Frankland River. Hand picking and hand plunging point to, well, a hands-on approach with a mix of wild and cultured years. The aroma is distinctly regional with an ironstone minerality working with the bright mulberry and blue fruit characters. The palate has texture with a slightly grainy feel that works really well. Chewy and rich. An excellent wine.
