Snake + Herring Cannonball Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

One of the best of these I have tasted. It’s a beauty. The intensity of the opening salvo of blackcurrant, dark cherry and light graphite on the nose points to what might lay ahead. Yet when you get to the palate it is so elegantly structured and almost supple as it extends to an effortlessly long finish. A thread of minerally oyster shell adds a defining line. Really nice wine.
