This now mature merlot is really showing what can be achieved with this variety. It has always been a strong performer at Talisman. Perfumed notes of earthy violet with emerging leathery spicy nuances. Balanced medium bodied palate has structure and definition to support the smooth fruit combination of leathery black olive and savoury dark fruits.
