The brilliant crimson-red colour is slightly translucent. And bright as a button. Aromas of sour cherry and subtle truffle oil emerge on the nose with a little chalk dust and raspberry confection. The palate is sublimely crafted with a seamless oak and fruit integration supported by silky fine tannins. It’s a succulent wine that is ready for drinking now, but with some medium-term cellaring potential.
