Chalari Vermentino 2023

The fruit comes from the Swan Valley, which in 2023 had an outstanding vintage, just perfect for these aromatic varieties. It’s a vermentino with a surprising textural feel displaying a lemon pith and subtle sea spray character. I like the slightly different take on this variety, and it offers just that little bit more interest and complexity on the palate.
