Fuddling Cup Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A delightfully elegant cabernet that captures much of the gracefulness of this vintage. Plummy blackcurrant and cedar on the nose with a faint lift of bay leaf. It is elegant and poised with its medium-bodied palate extending effortlessly to a long finish. Tight core of chalky tannin and oak harness it through to the extended finish. Nice wine.
