Della Fay Chardonnay 2023

A wine showing the generosity of this vintage. The nose displays a mix of lemon curd and crème brulee with an edgier quince paste character. It’s creamy and richly textured but with a tightening from the oak and a fine acidity to ensure it remains focused to a long finish. A chardonnay for the medium term.
