Devil’S Lair Chardonnay 2023

A wine that strikes immediately with its tension and taut lines. This is southern Margaret River with a fine precision and elegance. The nose initially reveals a spicy cashew and lemon curd character with a restrained creamy custard apple nuance. The palate has a tight minerality with a slightly saline sea spray lift all brought back into line with a fine-grained oak and crisp acid line. Excellent modern chardonnay.
