Forest Hill Cinsault Counoise Vermentino Rose 2024

The fruit for this rose comes from Frankland River and gets the full winemaking. Handpicked and crushed to press and then pressed after a short time and then fermented in ceramic egg to ferment to dryness and bottle. It’s bone dry yet it has a textured palate. Very pale colour. Has a dry savoury lightly red fruit finish. This is a modern rose.
