Forester Estate Redtail Liqueur Muscat

This has been a long-term project for Kevin McKay over many years. There's some nice older material in here that's been blended with newer vintages to create a beautiful example of the style. Complex already with raisins, liqueur cumquat and dark chocolate with a caramel richness. The spirit has been beautifully applied to create a fortified style of concentration with a degree of elegant refinement.
