Continues the great tradition this 100% Adelaide Hills chardonnay. This turned out to be a small vintage but there is obvious power inherent in the fruit. Aromas of spice and lemon curd with a faint hint of struck match character. The palate is super intense and layered with powerful fruit combinations. Degree of bees wax and lemon curd with a little oyster shell minerality evident.
