Rockcliffe Nautica Shiraz 2021

A little bit of pinot technique has been used in this cool climate shiraz with whole bunch open fermenting capturing the supple exquisite fruit flavours. Aromas of dark liqueur cherry and plum with a spicy addition. The palate is loaded with a hugely concentrated mix of raisiny black fruits, dark chocolate and slightly earthy flavours. It’s deep and sumptuously rich but with control coming from the spine of tannin and fine-grained oak.
