Singlefile The Vivienne Denmark Chardonnay 2020

A wine that continues to stamp its mark among the finest chardonnays from WA. This is from that very good vintage down at Denmark. It's so immediately complex with a thoroughly riveting bouquet of butterscotch, struck match and creamy stone fruit, with a cut of lifted minerality. The palate is plush and intensely flavoured with a core of fruit that drives urgently to a very long finish. There's a touch of the older style here brought to life with a modern deft hand. Great wine.
