Hay Shed Hill Block 8 Cabernet Franc 2022

This is no light damp squib of a cabernet franc. This has some grunt and structure, but doesn’t betray the lifted perfumes and high energy of the palate. Bright red fruit fragrances with a subtle leafy component. The palate is medium bodied but with excellent tannin and fruit balance supported by judicious use of oak. Poised and long palate.
