Rosenthal Collector Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This excellent medium to full bodied cabernet was sourced from Mount Barker. It is a cracking example of an elegant wine from a vintage that was conducive to this style. Blackcurrant and graphite on the nose with a little oyster shell minerality. The palate is still quite tight with the tannins and new oak in control but the fruit sits comfortably. It will develop nicely with age.
