Hay Shed Hill Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

A hot early vintage which finished well, produced excellent wines of colour, fruit intensity and power without excessive tannins. This is right on the money. Loaded with blackcurrant and plummy characters presented with vibrancy and brightness. Balanced use of oak complements the fine chalky tannins. Excellent medium-term wine.
